- Booking information: therapy session dates, times, and WhatsApp number for appointment reminders.
- Payment information: donation amount and payment status. Payment processing is handled securely by Pesapal and we do not store your payment card or mobile money credentials.
App Permissions
The Tuogere app may request the following permissions:
- Camera & Microphone: required only for video therapy sessions.
- Notifications: used to send appointment reminders and important updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Connect you with licensed therapists for video sessions
- Send appointment reminders via WhatsApp and push notifications
- Process donations securely through Pesapal
- Maintain and improve our service
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with Pesapal for payment processing. All other data remains confidential and is not shared with third parties.
Security
We protect data in transit with TLS and store sensitive data encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and audited. While we take strong measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure—please use caution and avoid sharing extremely sensitive personal information in conversations.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and for the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and personal data; see the contact section below.
